    1. Strict No-Refund Policy for Digital Products

    At A+ BBP Certification, we provide immediate access to digital training materials, videos, and certification exams upon purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable.

    By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing immediate access to digital content and that you waive any right to a refund once access has been granted. We do not offer refunds for:

    • Failure to pass the final exam (we offer unlimited retakes).
    • Purchasing the wrong course for your jurisdiction (it is your responsibility to verify local requirements).
    • Failure to complete the course within a specific timeframe.
    • Change of mind or no longer needing the certification.

    2. Exceptions

    We only issue refunds under the following special conditions:

    • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
    • Fraudulent Charges: If your card was used fraudulently without your authorization (subject to verification).

    3. Dispute Policy

    We maintain detailed logs of course access, progress, and IP addresses. In the event of an unjustified credit card dispute or chargeback, we will submit this evidence to the issuing bank to prove that the digital product was delivered and accessed. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the immediate revocation of your certificate and notification to the relevant health department.
